Our Balance Pad creates an unstable surface so you can train for better balance and mobility. It works by adding difficulty to both bodyweight and weighted strength training, targeting your core, knees, and ankles.

 

Appropriate for a broad range of profiles, from athletes building power and practicing functional training, to people in physical therapy or rehab for balance challenges. It doubles as a knee and kneeling pad.

 

Features include:

  • Thick sturdy padding - This pad is a full 6cm thick. Foam material is the ideal midpoint between firm and cushioned, providing enough give to challenge you in your balance and stability workouts
