Grip Tape (3-Pack)
Our Lifting Grip Tape is a low profile way to protect your fingers and support your grip. Fabric-like tape allows you to maintain flexibility and control over your thumbs and fingers while protecting you from gnarly cuts and nasty blisters. It also minimises slipping. Especially useful for protecting thumbs when using hook grip, and for protecting you from barbells with painful knurling.
Our tape moulds to your thumbs and fingers, breathes well, and stays on -- no distractions -- so you can get on with your workout. Features include:

To use, loop the tape 2-3 times around your thumb or finger and tear it off. The tape will cling to itself and stay in place. Works best when applied to dry hands.
This set includes 3 rolls. A little goes a long way. If you use tape on all five fingers, one roll will last about 15 training sessions
