The gel wrist strap and grip by yowie help weightlifters progress in the heaviest lifts. It combines a highly supportive wrist brace with a gel-based non-slip grip support ideal for use with barbells. The strap is designed specifically for use with heavy sets of deadlifts, pullups, rows and other lifts where the risk of slipping or grip strength is limiting progress.

Those with small wrists can use the straps but may find that the hook and loop padding is longer than necessary, with extra fabric "sticking out" once the wraps are fastened.

To wear, position the wrist brace so that the strap faces the inner wrist. Wrap the fabric side of the strap around the barbell. The non-slip padding should face the palm. Grip the barbell and lift with proper form.

Please note that whilst straps can help keep lifters safe, they do not eliminate the risk of injury or slipping. Wrist straps are not a substitute for good lifting form or safe practices. Do not attempt to lift while suffering from wrist pain or injury.
