The Long Resistance Exercise Bands by Yowie are a versatile, portable, and durable workout tool. They can take the place of weights in workouts, and long bands in particular can be used to add resistance to many different lower and upper body exercises.

Features include:

  • Three levels of resistance allow progression and suit a variety of lifts. Light (White band, ~10kg), Medium (Grey band, ~15kg) & Heavy (Black band, ~20kg). Bands can be doubled or tripled up to add additional resistance
  • Non-slip, flexible fabric blend is comfortable and does not roll up, pinch, or slip out of position
  • Heavy duty material does not warp or snap
  • Users can work out anywhere: home, travel, gym, or outdoors

Long 208 cm bands are extremely versatile. It is possible to add resistance to a broad range of upper and lower body exercises including:

  • Lower body and glutes: Squats, deadlifts & donkey kicks
  • Pull: Bicep curl, lat pull-downs, lateral raises, rows & shrugs
  • Push: Push-up & shoulder press
